The BattleCity League got off to a bit of a rocky start last Thursday when a time zone mix-up led to the games starting at 12pm EST instead of 10pm EST! We've since gotten Nightwish to fix his watch and have forgiven him since we know he stays up until 4am his time to make this season possible! We <3 u Nighty!
Once things got going, two captains were selected and two teams made! Testament was able to get the orb for his team to move himself, his mayor New B, and teamate Gunman to the top of the standings! The full standings can be seen here.
The next BCL game is this coming Thursday at 10pm EST. Don't miss it! Remember, the players on the winning team will get a custom tank for 1 week and there will also be great end of season prizes!
At the end of the season, the top 3 players with the most points will win:
1st: $25 BCD
2nd: $15 BCD
3rd: $15 BCD

We encourage everyone to take part. Don't worry if you think you have no chance of finishing in the Top 3, you could still win a prize just by showing up and playing!
At the end of the season, the names of all players who have played in at least 2 games will be put in a hat! We will then randomly select two names from the hat and both of these players will also win $15 BCD!!!
