What would it take to get a dedicated server back up ?

How about http://www.hostwinds.com/ ? They start at $3.50, though I do not know if this is the right type of server that BC would need ?

hello BC community! After searching for 2 hours, I have finally found BC! Apparently, though, it is down. I have not played since the shutdown at the end of 2007! I am excited to play! However, it is no longer up ?
