Hello, Gentlemen!
OFFER!
I am mobile developer for more than 10 years. Now I work on Android
mostly, and iOS. Last my employment was a Senior Developer in EA, and
later time Technical Director of mobile branch of Electronic Arts. Now
I am working independently for myself.
My offer:
If you kindly give me source code of your games, I’ll try port games to Android
and iOS, and publish it. Maybe I also port it to Windows Phone.
You will receive some % of overall benefit (discussable).
No investment from your for this work.
I believe some of your games will be successful on mobile markets.
I hope my offer will be interesting for you.
Is my offer interesting for You?..
Please answer 🙂
I really think this would be a great idea. It would take a lot of skill to pull this off, it would be cool playing on a tablet tho ive often fantasized about this idea.
I hope this is taken seriously..Weebo where are you? Get ReMoTe, you guys have work to do!!!
Thanks for your answer!
I downloaded BattleCity binary and it says no connection to server.
So I have not played it, looked YouTube videos only.
Is the server working somewhere? I found server code also, can I run it in local network, or so?
Also, for my regret, BattleCity using DirectDraw, it complicates the porting. Could you please give me a hint, is there a recognizable layer in code which could be changed to OpenGL ES?
Regards,
Igor
Has even weebo forgot about the battecity site??
Someone should post soon Chez…
Battle City is open source, anybody can download the source code for free and make any changes they like. An Android version would be awesome!
