I think you’re wrong. Graves is a guy, Weebo is a crab, Deceth is the overlord and Wahoogie. Well that’s a name I haven’t heard in a while.

Thank you for reporting the bug “BattleCity.exe is not a valid Win32 Application [WinXP]”.
Just to clear up any confusion, the current release does not work on Windows XP. This is not a bug with the game, this is a bug with the tools used to turn the code into a file you can run. Microsoft has released a fix for this problem. Developers will need to download this fix, and then re-create the executable file.
If you’re receiving this particular error, it means you’ll have to wait until a new version of the game is released that has been created with the fix. Or, you need to build the executable yourself from the source code using Visual Studio 🙂
The game should work for everybody using Windows 7. If anybody on Windows 7 is having trouble, please let us know!
I made contact with Weebo on the field not to long ago. He showed up overhead with his mighty flamethrower and UFO which managed to transform into a dinosaur.
He mentioned something about the Windows XP release being available for download now, so @lmgx50 and @arcvalor should download the newest version of Battlecity right now! 🙂
Hopefully we can get some more action going. 😀
