Hello people of Battle City!
It is my pleasure to announce the creation of the General Discussion group! Inspired by recent demands from @rushing and previous generations of Battle City forums, the General Discussion hopes to be your one stop destination for topics that are of a non-specific nature.
Keep in mind, this experimental beta site is like no other. Should someone create a “pub” or “tavern” group, this could give the General Discussion some competition! Who knows… Let’s sit back and see how the community evolves…
You sirs, madmen, and madams, are in control of our destiny.
Dear folks of the Battle City kingdom,
It has been some time since the launch of the new http://battlecity.org. What are your thoughts? Have all your earthly desires been fulfilled by this website? Do you miss the previous forums, the old green site, or the ancient community portal from 2005?!
Can you find everything you are looking for on this site? Are you confused? Are you happy the General Discussion logo is a squirrel tipping over a cup of coffee? Would you rather a lemur?
I promise to greet all feedback with cryptic responses of confusion. Please join us in the last dance of Balkh from the “March of the Orbers” Soundtrack.
Janie’s got a gun.
I like the new site, but it could use a lick of paint.
Looking For Weebo. From the Glory days of ARC.
Post a response either here or on Spark Forums.
Hello @pitchblackitai
Weebo’s glory days are long gone I’m afraid. I currently use the good for nothing crustacean as a lawn mower/yard ornament at the bottom of my bottomless pit.
Weebo last communicated with the outside world 7 months ago after he escaped my under sea prison by reproducing a-sexually in order to induce a rapid evolutionary process to grow crab claws…
I’m confident this time he will remain trapped for eternity. While he could attempt another evolutionary escape, he appears very happy mowing the lawn and talking with the garden gnomes. It’s quite sad really, I think he’s finally lost his mind within the confines of his crustacious exo-skeleton.
