The grades for Constantine have been tabulated and the results are in!
Congratulations to number 2, which was the WINNER with four out of five judges ranking it second best!
Interestingly, it didn't get a single #1 vote. 
Once again, the variance was incredible and the opinions disparate. These city design competitions sure demonstrate that people value different things!
Good thing I'm not a dictator judge or we might have some different results!

Number five won the most first place votes (2), but also bagged two fifth-place votes and one fourth!
