This months top newbie is cseow! This guy can build one hell of a city and hold it together too!
He is well known for his ability to plow into a city and drop a couple of bombs into key areas of enemy bases. He is also the only person that I know of who is known for building an excellent Benguela. When cseow is mayor, his benguela is mighty hard to orb I can tell you! (P.S. – Try attacking the west side!).
Anyways, congratz cseow, you have earned it!
There is no way we could possibly postpone giving Dane this award any longer! He made his way onto the Monthly Top 20 for three consecutive months from May to July before taking some time off for personal reasons. According to the BOMB Standings, he is the 7th most dominant player of 2006 at this very moment!
Dane’s skills have definitely not gone unnoticed. He has joined the Gods of War, and will likely play an important role in the teams upcomming BCL season. If it were not for Friguys back to back #1 Monthly Top 20 Championships, Dane would have definitely received this award sooner. He also holds the 6th best record for Most Points in a Month with 25664.

Picking up Top Newb honours for July is Friguy! This guy went and finished #1 on the Monthly Top 20 for both June and July, and if he can do it again in August he will be the first person to be Monthly Champion three times. Right now he is tied with his teammates Jizohn and -Annihilator- whom have each been crowned Monthly Champion twice.
GoW definitely recruited themselves another top player when they scooped up Friguy! Come next BCL, he will be an important piece to the puzzle.

The time has come to crown Anox! He’s been around for a few months now and has become a very powerful player in that time. He has worked his way onto the Monthly Top 20 three times and has already racked up enough points to reach the rank of Earl.
Unfortunately Anox is not a free agent! He has already joined HDO, which is currently the games most skilled clan with two BCL Championships! He will make a great addition to their lineup and if he remains active will likely try and follow in the foot-steps of his teammate Ayana, with a rookie of the season award!
Look for Anox on the battlefield! Great player to play with, friendly and skilled.

Thrashling is definitely one of the games top new players! In April he was involved in a dramatic race for the #1 spot on the Top 20 with Beerman who himself won the Newbie Spotlight in November 2005 (under the name gr8brian)! Thrashling ended up finishing second, about 1000 points behind Beerman.
Although Thrashling didn’t get as close in May, he still followed up with another Monthly Top 20 finish, boosting him up near the top 10 of the year according to the BOMB Standings!
Thrashling is another free agent who can add a lot of skill to any lineup! If you’re planning on making him an offer, do it soon, before someone else does!
