Submit Quick Facts
There is a new module on the website which you may have noticed displaying quick little facts or statistics. This module will randomly display one of the 10 last items I place in the Quick Facts News category. Please send a Private Message to Weebo if you have a quick fact you would like posted on the website.
Please keep it short! Example of things you can submit are rank changes (Ex: Clientel promoted to Corporal!) or personal accomplishments (Clientel reaches 100 orbs! or Clientel reaches 10,000 deaths!). You can pretty much submit anything short and interesting, and worst case I won't post it but will enjoy reading your PM anyways!
Thanks!
Outrival vs Legionnaires
The BCL playoffs will begin Monday Feb. 19 at 9:30pm EST! The four teams battled hard all season, and after 8 games each, Outrival and Legionnaires finished tied at the top of the standings with 10 points (5 wins, 3 losses). Team Cream, an early favorite, finished with 8 points (4 wins, 4 losses) and Clan Without Name, also expected to be more competitive, finished with a disapointing 4 points (2 wins, 6 losses).
Despite the point tie between Outrival and Legionnaires, Outrival has been awarded the top seed and division champion status since they defeated Legionnaires 2 out of 3 times this season.
The finals will be a best of 5! Good luck to both teams!

Tallin (Team 1) vs Barentsberg (Team 2)
Both mayors (Iggy and cseow) utilized the grace period well. Even after the grace period ended, the cities finished building before going into full attack mode. The fight lasted for awhile until Iggy got his turret rush on. Warlord dropped orb and Team 1 was declared the winner shortly thereafter.

After some calm, friendly discussions about what the difference was between not showing enough players and not being fair, Jiz took a smoke break, JetLi went to drop the kids off at the pool, and Game 2 began.

This time the battle was much more intense. Iggy mayored for Team 1 and Jizohn for Team 2. Team 2 managed to hold off Iggy's turret rush the first time and prolong the fight, but it still ended the same way. Warlord dropped the orb and Team 1 is leading the finals 2 games to none.
Show up next Monday (especially if your team is playing) to see who will be crowned BCL champion for Season 4!

Although Outrival had a full line-up, a conspiracy was in the air… Cseow was no where to be seen! The meeting room was quickly flooded with accussations of Rise Against plotting to destroy Outrival by telling Cseow the game was at 10pm, rather than 9pm! The idea of each team being responsible for their own matters and knowing the schedule was quickly put aside. The fact that this game was scheduled 2 weeks ago was also quickly ignored in the discussion. All the drama and spam prevented Outrival from telling Jetli there was a game, so he left.
At this point, Outrival was short-handed, and this being the BCL finals, they decided it was a good time to continue spamming the chat with profanities about how they won't play. They quickly forgot that they did not let Legionnaires wait for a fourth player last game… Of course, while Pirate and Clientel continued their CAPS LOCK spamming of the meeting room, along with misery who isnt even on either of the teams, Legionnaires were continually offering to wait until 10pm to play the game… Outrival thought it best to ignore this and continue howling about a conspiracy…
So we decided to start the game! Jizohn never joined, and Pirate joined but refused to play. We told them again Legionnaires was happy to re-schedule, so they of course drove over and began trash talking them instead of nicely thanking them for a re-schedule. Apparently Legionnaires were afraid to play them… =p
Eventually 10pm came, cseow was no where to be seen and the game began 4 vs 2 anyways. COOL. It could have been 4 vs 4 had all the original DRAMA not happened =p
Despite having played in the BCL Finals, Clientel apparently forgot there was a 1 minute grace period. He quickly built to Legionnaires base, surrounded it with houses and turret rushed them. He actually did a good job, and had he just waited the one minute to do that, he may actually have won. Instead his team was disqualified for breaking the rules after having already wasted everybody's time.
Despite this, Stig, who was the one who asked his team to play at 10pm instead of 9, showed up in the meeting room and informed Outrival his team would not mind re-starting the game. Since Jizohn was on AIM, they may even have had a better chance if they messaged him… Of course, they decided it best to SPAM the meeting room with EZX OWEEENED WER CHMPMIOONS. We waited for about 5 minutes thinking eventually they might decide to play the re-match, but they just kept typing away, so we all just left to let them enjoy their "victory" =p
Congrats Legionnaires! Thanks for your patience last night, r00fles!

Instead of trying the traditional Gauntlet we made 3 starting cities. Each had to go through 120 plasma turrets to reach the middle. Then they had to go South to reach the end wich was covered in sleepers, plasmas, and mines. We built the first gauntlet, but it was orbed before the event was started so we had to build it again. The second one was crazy. Cordoba made the fastest progress to the middle, but once all the teams made it to the middle of the gauntlet they started to kill eachother and sabotage enemy bases. It took them a while to stop killing eachother, but when they did they started making progress on the southern part of the gauntlet. It took an hour and a half for them to reach the final CC. Luanda and Cordoba both one because we could't exactly tell who hit the CC first, but both teams recieved 200 points. However, Tissueissue will not be allowed to particepate in the next 5 gauntlets for orbing the first one we made, and Prince will not be able to play in any gauntlets for giving the event admins a hard time. Finally, I would like to thank RedxKingz and wdouglas for the help.
