With a combination of luck and effort, number ONE was the greatest of them all!

Why you ask? How can you also attain such greatness? PLACE YOUR TURRETS!

Its that simple. Turrets are almost as good as a captain, yessiree bob. But not the bob you know. He drives through buildings! Ask anyone.

But that's not all! I also recommend placing mines and buildings! The mayors who created the monstrosities displayed in this competition have done just that! Every single one of them has buildings, turrets, and mines!

Just goes to show you how good they are.

In this latest and greatest installment of our famed City Design Competition, we have a titanic slugfest of mayoral excellence! So many good designs were submitted that the judges had no idea what they were voting for! Many simply rolled a five-sided die!

And the winner is….

~Warlord~ by a nose! Surge and Yoyo were tied one point behind him, but there are no points for losers. Ask anyone. Speaking of losers, wdouglas got fourth and spyderman took fifth.

Because the judges declared ~Warlord~'s Mango design to be the best, he is declared the supreme city designer of all time and is awarded the platinum medal of excellence. He can also pick the next city to design.

The grades for Constantine have been tabulated and the results are in!

Congratulations to number 2, which was the WINNER with four out of five judges ranking it second best!

Interestingly, it didn't get a single #1 vote.

Once again, the variance was incredible and the opinions disparate. These city design competitions sure demonstrate that people value different things!

Good thing I'm not a dictator judge or we might have some different results!

Number five won the most first place votes (2), but also bagged two fifth-place votes and one fourth!

What are these judges doing?!
